17 Years of Ademos, and Reflections on the Spirit of “Learning Together”

Ademos has entered its 17th year, bringing enthusiasm and reflection on the new hopes of the Sinau Bareng Cadres, Partners, and Stakeholders for Ademos's progress in the future.

Reflecting on the spirit of "Sinau Bareng" (Learning Together) serves as a reminder that Ademos has always been an institution open to innovation and collaboration from various parties. Ademos does not want to be an institution founded on ego. Ademos's growth, now in its 17th year, is the result of the collaborative efforts of its cadres, partners, and stakeholders, often referred to as "Sinau Bareng."

In line with the implementation of the 17th anniversary of Ademos, which was wrapped up with joint prayers, reading the Quran and breaking the fast together, it became a space to remind us of the spirit of studying together.

Many good prayers are offered to Ademos at the age of 17, not to be satisfied with what is existing, to maintain the vision of Ademos as an institution that moves and innovates from the village, and continues to maintain the spirit of synau together and good collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

This long journey provided a record for Ademos for the work with collaborators and stakeholders who also attended to pray, including ExxonMobil Cepu Limited, Pertamina EP Cepu, BRI Kanca Bojonegoro, Dolokgede Village Government, Mannah Foundation and others.

Also a message that was given by many parties virtually to Ademos which of course also inspired Ademos to continue to shine together in the future.

Growing bigger means becoming more responsible. Ademos will continue to nurture big dreams that have an impact through collaborative work and learning together with the community.
