Eight Football Schools (SSB)/amateur clubs in Bojonegoro Regency have now officially completed their institutional legality by becoming legal entities. This achievement is one of the positive impacts of the Sports Development Program launched by ExxonMobil Cepu Limited (EMCL) in collaboration with Ademos.

This confirmation was marked at the Bojonegoro Football Activists' Gathering held at the Pendopo Sinau Bareng Ademos, Dolokgede Village, Tambakrejo District, on Thursday, April 23, 2026. This event provided a crucial opportunity for coaches, administrators, and local football activists to reflect on their coaching journey and look toward more professional club management.

Since the sports development program was implemented over the past year, strengthening SSBs and amateur clubs in Bojonegoro has focused not only on the technical aspects of the sport. Various activities, such as regular training, player coaching, licensed coaching courses, and participation in the Bojonegoro Premier League (BPL), have continued alongside efforts to strengthen the clubs' organizational foundations.

One concrete manifestation of this strengthening is the club's increased awareness of the importance of institutional legality. With guidance and facilitation from Ademos, these eight SSBs are gradually undergoing the administrative and legal processes to complete their organizational status.

Currently, all SSBs involved have obtained a Decree (SK) from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, a notary deed of establishment, a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), and other supporting documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These requirements not only formally recognize SSBs by the state but also strengthen their position within the national football ecosystem.

With legal status, SSBs are able to comply with government regulations and meet the organizational requirements set by the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI), both in club management, athlete development, and the development of tiered competitions.

Ahmad Shodiqurrosyad, Chairman of Ademos, expressed his appreciation for the initiative of the teams or SSBs involved in this program. He believes this legality is a crucial asset for better SSB governance going forward.

"Legalization is a strategic step to strengthen institutions and ensure sustainable development. This aligns with Ademos' vision of fostering independent, orderly, and empowered communities, so that SSBs not only develop on the field but also strengthen their organizations," said Arsyad.

"We are greatly assisted by the assistance provided in this sports development program. This provides momentum for us to be even more enthusiastic about developing children," said Bambang, Coach of Gagak Rimang Mojodelik, Gayam District.

This step to complete legalization is an important foundation for the development of youth and amateur soccer in Bojonegoro. In addition to encouraging professionalism in club management, clear legal status also opens up opportunities for broader collaboration, access to sustainable development, and the sustainability of soccer programs in the future.

The success of these eight SSBs confirms that sports development is not only measured by achievements on the field, but also by the ability to build an orderly, strong, and growth-ready organization within the applicable regulatory framework.

"Hopefully, this will be a solid foundation, both on and off the field, to contribute to the advancement of Indonesian football," emphasized Ali Mahmud, an EMCL representative who attended the legality handover ceremony.

As is known, the EMCL Sports Development Program targets not only football but also volleyball and badminton. To date, more than 600 participants have actively participated in the program, from elementary school to high school levels, as part of EMCL's commitment, along with SKKMigas, to promote inclusive, tiered, and sustainable sports development in Bojonegoro Regency and the surrounding areas.
