Ademos Partners with ExxonMobil to Support Bojonegoro's Young Sports Talent at Fesboro

The 2025 U-10 Bojonegoro Football Festival (FESBORO) was successfully held at the Dolokgede Mini Stadium, Tambakrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java.

The tournament, which was held for two full days, namely, on July 5-6, 2025, was part of the support of the Banyu Urip oil and gas field operator, Cepu Block, ExxonMobil Cepu Limited (EMCL) in partnership with Ademos as the organizer, and received full support from the Bojonegoro Regency Government (Pemkab).

This event was attended by 25 Football Academies and Schools (SSB) from various regions in East and Central Java. They came not only to compete, but also to share a spirit of brotherhood, cooperation, and a love for the sport.

"FESBORO is a concrete manifestation of our commitment to supporting sustainable development through developing the potential of the younger generation. Football is a universal language that unites us, and we are proud to be able to provide this platform for talented children from Bojonegoro and the surrounding areas," said Ali Mahmud, Public Government Affairs Officer for ExxonMobil Cepu Limited, while monitoring the match.

The tournament crowned SSB Bina Talenta Bojonegoro as the first-place winner after a consistent and determined performance. SSB Putra Mustika Blora finished second.

"Joint third place was won by SSB Taruna Bojonegoro and SSB Sukorejo Putra," he added.

The Chairman of Ademos, A. Shodiqurrosyad, expressed his high appreciation to all parties who have supported the holding of this festival.

"We believe that early childhood soccer development must be carried out with a collaborative, inclusive, and fun approach. FESBORO is not just about who wins, but about how children learn, grow, and dream," he said in a written statement to SuaraBanyuurip.com, Sunday (06/07/2025).

What is even more proud, one of the young players from Bojonegoro, M. Ezza Elka Afkar Ayyasi from SSB Bina Talenta Bojonegoro, was named the Best Player of FESBORO 2025 U-10.

"I'm very happy and grateful. This is all thanks to the support of my friends, coaches, and family. I hope I can continue to learn and become a player we can be proud of," he said.

Meanwhile, SSB Putra Mustika Blora coach, Aziz Wahidi Zakiyyul Labiba, was named the Best Coach of the 2025 FESBORO U-10 Championship. Although his team failed to secure first place, he expressed his pride and gratitude for the tournament.

"We really enjoyed our experience at FESBORO. It was a fantastic, organized, and meaningful tournament. The kids learned a lot, and as a coach, I really appreciate the organizers for providing a platform for youth soccer development," he said.

FESBORO 2025 U-10 is more than just a tournament, but also a celebration of sports and human values. This festival is a place where the dreams, passion, and hard work of young people from all over the world converge.

It is hoped that this event will spark the birth of a future generation of footballers who are not only great on the field, but also uphold the values of sportsmanship and solidarity.

Various parties hope this activity can be held regularly to support football development, similar to the ongoing Bojonegoro Premier League (BPL) U-12 and U-17 competitions.
